de una vida, a otra vida

Directed by Camelia and written in collaboration de una vida, a otra vida is a devised piece about Puerto Rican identity. Serving as a sort of memory play, the actors performed monologues with focuses on colonialism, diaspora, family, nature, and their point of views. The piece is emotive, warm, and refreshing.

Produced at NYU’s Playwrights Horizon’s Theatre School as a part of Camelia’s Bachelor of Fine Arts curriculum.
